Patrons rave about the exceptional service; you might even experience a moment where a kind barista goes above and beyond, just as one customer shared about their generous encounter with a fellow patron who covered their coffee. This speaks volumes about the cafe's spirit of camaraderie and kindness.

The menu, while not explicitly listed, boasts a delightful assortment of Mediterranean-inspired snacks and meals. Patrons have described the food as fresh and comforting, perfect for a casual lunch or a peaceful coffee break. Imagine enjoying a rich, aromatic espresso, perfectly brewed for just $2, paired with a pastry or bite that makes you feel right at home.

With affordable prices, friendly faces, and a charming local vibe, it’s an unpretentious spot that demands a visit. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee to go or settling in for a leisurely afternoon, you’ll likely leave feeling rejuvenated, just as Matteo Ricci mentioned in his review.

This cafe is more than just a place to grab a drink; it serves as a community space where stories are shared, friendships are formed, and daily stresses melt away. With a billiard table available and a customer-friendly environment, it caters to a diverse crowd that appreciates good coffee and even better company. Next time you’re in the area, make Mediterranean Cafe your go-to spot—it’s bound to leave you with a smile and a sense of belonging.

As the name implies, this is a Mediterranean bar straight out of southern Italy. Outfront you’ll find older gentlemen from Sicily, Calabria, Puglia, and the rest of the Mezzogiorno. As of May 2025 a single espresso shot is two dollars and a bottle of aqua panda is two dollars.

I went to buy a coffee and espresso and I only had a cars, he was so kind and told me not to worry to pay next time, and a very nice gentleman paid for my order. Coffee was very affordable, but it didn't taste the freshest. Still, if you're in the area, stop in and get a cup.
